to the proposed extension to The Brackens,
5.2 The
Council noted the refusal of approval to the proposed development at
Cornerfield Barn,
5.3 The Council considered the following
planning applications:-
a) Manor Farm – the Council
objects on the grounds of concern about safety of vehicles & pedestrians,
as the road has become much busier since the original application was approved.
It was agreed to request an on site meeting to demonstrate this to the Planning
Officer.
b) Manor Farm Cottage, renewal of application
for proposed single storey & 2 storey extensions – no objection.
c) Sunrise Cottage,
Lombard St – the Council also considered the objection raised by Mr & Mrs
Reid, on the basis that the proposed development included 2.5 metres of 2
storey accommodation beyond the present 2 storey line, which had previously
been refused in a past application by Mr & Mrs Reid in respect of their own
property. The Council supported this view, and will therefore object to the
proposal.
